You may not have heard of me before.  I've been heavily involved in insurance marketing since the early 80's.  However, during my early years I learned a very important lesson that dramatically changed my direction because it was greatly affecting the results the agencies I was working with were having. 

The lesson I learned was so critical to an agencies success in marketing, I changed how I handled working with agencies on marketing.  That lesson is...
